I only know how I feel about this, which is to say: angry, bitter, and vindictive. Perhaps others have more moderate views, which is fine; especially since they may know the people I'm going to mention in Real Life, which is also fine. I'm not going to throw a fit if this doesn't make it into the final constitution, but I think it needs to be said. So, a proposed article: Article X: Banned Players
It's harsh, but I feel it is completely justified. |

I don't think we should be given that much power. |

I was under the impression forum side was implied. As for in-game, I would suggest a small group of trusted members of Lazarus, that discuss and vote on such matters. |

I think it is, but, it's still an in-game offense which I don't think warrants a forum ban by forum admins (who should be allowed to decide to ban only those people who harass other on a RL-level). Hence, allowing the forum admins to ban people for in-game offense kind of crosses the line IMO (which can be dangerous territory) and thus should be dealt with in character with due process, ideally by an open and governing body. |

Agreed. Forum Administration bans should be reserved for the likes of Govindia and Tyler Kazakov. |
