Hello all. Now that this forum represents the government of Lazarus, I think it is time to introduce myself. I am a long-time Nationstate player who is just starting to get involved with Gameplay and the Government. I am looking forward to see what type of reforms are going to come about from this recent misadventure with coups and the NPO. The new constitution is looking very promising. Question: Do I need to apply for citizenship or party membership to be able to participate in the creation of the new government and constitution? I don't really want to have to become a member of the PRL to particpate in the new direction of Lazarus. |

I believe you have influence as a Citizen, but becoming a Party Member boosts your influence. Something along those lines, anyway - I asked in the IRC and that was the explanation I got. Someone better qualified may be along shortly :p |
