S. Colbert#5753	Hello fellow revolutionaries. I am Communist Stephen Colbert, Hero of the Revolution of The South Pacific, Vox Populi of Lazarus. Today I open propositions of formal solidarity between two great nations that follow both the dear Chairman. WIth this embassy the SPSR will maintain it's warm relationship with the PRL. The first pledge of the SPSR is to send in it's elite People's Liberation Army of The South Pacific to assist in the swift removal of The Pacifians and their foreign mercenaries. Despite the state of domestic affairs (The South Pacific, though liberated in 2013 by the glorious Chairman Milograd and our grand revolution, is still in a state of rebellion. The jaywalking oligarch 'coalition' and it's mercenary prop force still continues it's terrorist attacks upon the minnows of TSP) The SPSR is 100% behind the PRL. Together we shall be victorious! However we'd love to keep you around as a citizen still. Embassy request denied. Colbert approved with extreme truthiness.
