Brothers and sisters in revolution, It brings me great joy to write to a group of people who have fought so hard for the continued success of their revolution. Many Lazarenes also hold citizenship in the Citizens' Democracy, and though our regions were never connected by a formal treaty, Taijitu always considered Lazarus amongst our greatest friends. Now your revolution is being opposed by reactionaries and imperialists, who wish to subvert your intentions for this region and turn it into a colony. The New Pacific Order would take your home and turn it into something like their own - a bleak, featureless, aging hellhole with about as much color as the guillotine blade that will eventually end their petty rule. To the end, you will have the support of the Taijitu Foreign Service, the Taijitu Citizens' Militia, and - if their unanimous acclamation of your cause is any sign - the Ecclesia of the Citizens' Democracy. The People's Republic need only ask and we will strive to meet that request. As a region that itself languished in inactivity under an aging Senate and dictatorial junta, Taijitu would know the pain that every Lazarene would experience when living under a petty, lazy autocracy like the New Pacific Order. To date, the Ecclesia has unanimously approved the construction of embassies with the Lazarene Underground State and the closure of embassies with the New Pacific Order. We hope to maintain and expand our brotherly bonds to the People's Republic through these next trying months, and will gladly lend you as many guillotines and gallows as necessary once you finally retake the region that is rightfully yours from the traitorous princes of the New Pacific Order.
