Funkadelia for Chairman

Hello everyone.

I am going to try to keep this rather short.

Lazarus is in an extremely difficult time, obviously. We need a strong and qualified leader to get us through the rough times ahead, and re establish native control of Lazarus in the future. I think I am qualified for such a position. Since the beginning of this coup, I have been nearly single handedly contacting all of our allies and supporters, coordinating military plans and anti-coup measures, and running unendorsement campaigns. I have put a very large amount of my personal time into ending this coup and returning Lazarus to the control of the people.

I believe that it is necessary to elect me to continue the success of our efforts. I have spent hours and hours a day strategizing and engaging in diplomacy, as well as attempting to organize our informational efforts with the absence of an active State Council. I have dedicated most of my recent days to Lazarus, and I believe that this validates my ambition to become the Chairman in Exile.

Greetings!

What are your plans to ensure that the Underground State is sustainable in what could be a very long fight to reclaim the region?

What do you feel the greatest weakness of the Underground State at the moment, and how do you plan on rectifying it?

Good luck, Funk. I think that you've already shown us that your leadership skills are very good and that as chairman, you would lead the PRL to great places :D

You have my support Funkadelia. The amount of work you've put into organizing the resistance hasn't gone unnoticed, and I hope the formal mantle of Chairman would bolster you in your efforts.

1. Yes. Simply stated. I think that people will fight the tyranny of the NPO for as long as it takes, if they are true Lazarene natives. We want our home back.

2. The biggest weakness is the lack of informational content being published. I plan on inviting new writers to join the Gazette, and urging Ainin to write as much material as possible.

Allow me to show you some numbers, specifically the weekly post counts for the Lazarus forums beginning the first week of February.

74, 94, 30, 119, 158, 69, 76, 107, 111, 368

Obviously, the last number is so high because of activity driven by the coup. In any case, would you agree that such low activity was probably a contributing factor to allowing Stujenske to quietly prepare for his coup the way he did? And do you still believe that the Underground State will be self-sustaining so long as the coup continues, regardless of potential factors like apathy and fatigue as the conflict drags on?

The low activity was due to Stujenske and Pergamon's incompetencies. This allowed them to begin their coup.

The Underground State will be able to sustain itself, because I don't doubt the ability of Lazarenes to persist through what may be a long fight.
