Should we let them in and grant them citizenship despite never being in the region before?

But in this particular situation, I'd choose the former. I am reminded of TEP, to be honest, during The Empire (no offense to anything or what not). Those who weren't citizens prior to the coup ended up helping us by adding input to the Concordat. I mean, you can do what you like, and I dunno if I'm doing anything other than adding opinions and watching things develop, but my suggestion would be do the opposite of what the current regime does. I mean, I suppose you could overlook that legality, but if you're looking to keep things completely legal it would be best to wait until there's a new legal Chairman.

Then in general, I don't understand why you wouldn't. In fact, considering that this may be a very long-term conflict, bringing in new Citizens is vital to maintaining an air of normalcy and providing a viable alternative to the Stujenske regime.

WA), to compete with Stujenske for native support, than brand newcomers "interested" in the situation. A lot of the latter group are going to show up, as they always do when there is a power gap, but accepting them may prove to be more of a liability (because of their interests, or because of the PR impact of having many people who did nothing for the region until now - i.e., foreigners) than a resource.

Like Love At First Sight <3 Posts: 632 Group: Accused Member #11 Joined: Apr 8, 2015 Alignment Lawful Good Military Stance Neutral Political Views Independent Nation in Lazarus Wintermoot III	If we begin to restrict basic Citizenship out of a sense of paranoia, the Underground State will slowly wither and die as the conflict drags on, as apathy sets in, and as current Citizens get busy in real life or other commitments, as they do all the time in NS. As it stands, the vast majority of foreigners have stood in solidarity with this government, and they and other newcomers could play a valuable role in keeping the community active and vibrant in ways that it wasn't even before the coup. It would be a shame to spurn them for wanting to be more involved.
