The voting period has begun. The vote will last for five days or until all votes have been cast. Per Section 4, Clause 7 of the Constitution of the Undead Dominion of Lazarus, a 66% majority must be attained in order to amend the document. Councillors of the High Sepulchre may vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.
