Amendment Regarding New Forum

Given that we're deeper into the transition from the old forum to the new, I think it's appropriate to make this official with a simple amendment to our constitution:

Section 8: The Forum

The off-site forum shall be located at: http://nslazarus.com/archive/NSLazarus/index/ http://www.ns-laz.com
Forum administration is separate from the affairs of government. Violations of site rules and the Zetaboards Terms of Service Invision Community terms of service will be handled only by forum administration.
The strike-through signifies a removal and the green text would be replacing it.
