Lady Vera's Prolex Address. Delivered November 3, 2017, The City of Vapula, Demonos.


"Good evening fellow Demons. We are, at last dusk, still plagued with Demons unwilling to
revert to their prerequisite selves known to us before the onset of the Zombie Apocalypse last
Monday. My administration of the Principality, with its inclusion policies securely in place, will not
assume the police power to force their reversion. Life after Z-day holds challenges unlike our
conventional wars. These zombies were once our sisters, mothers, brothers and fathers. They
were once our cousins and nieces, nephews and godsons. Our aunts, uncles, and friends. The
Principality realized that that fact can not change simply or of uncontrolled urges to feast on
Demon flesh.

The Principality issues orders to each Dean of the thirteen Demonosian divisions to create a dep-
artment head and institution for Zombie round-up, containment, and purposing. I, your Lady,
have sat with Demon Justices on the 1st of this month and concluded with their blessings and
guidance that, because, no law can be retroactive we can not, as a government, issue an order
to destroy our former Demons. They shall become wards of our state and re purposed for
what shall be considered 'highly dangerous and life threatening tasks'.

After meeting with the Prelates of several health institutions, we have agreed that all hos-
pitals of Demonos should undergo a very severe and complete sanitation process which I have
ordered to commence no later than the 5th of this month. The Principality's Department of
Health and Demon Services has been given authority to draw one trillion Cruxes over the course
of the next month to acquire materials and put boots on the ground, so to speak. I order the
Demon Treasury to open and shed one Trillion Cruxes to this purpose and aid in Demonos
recovery.

Concerning Lazarus, our region, and most beloved neighbors. Our Zombie situation should not
draw concern nor adversary. Instead we in Demonos have embraced our undead as having
a place in our society. As contributing members who will make Demons safer and healthier
once we've subjected them to our programe.

All hail Satan. All hail our King of the Undead. All hail Demonos."
