Posts: 48 Group: Undead Horde Member #731 Joined: Sep 2, 2017 Political Views Conservative Alignment Neutral Military Stance Neutral Nation in Lazarus North Creeper	Hi, i made a proposal to the General Assembly and it goes like this: General Assembly, Knowing that more people who are educated can acquire jobs and benefit governments; Knowing that many families around the world cannot afford college tuition; Taking in mind some nations have free college tuition, however many nations do not; Acknowledging that college tuition can be very expensive; Making Sure that every single recognized college shall meet great standards; Noting that this does not include private colleges not funded by the government; Hereby Decress all member nations shall require free college tuition for youth. Please let me know if you approve.

I think that forcing colleges NOT to collect tuition is criminal of government. Teachers and administrators of higher education institutions have a right to a high quality of life too. However, nations should seek to increase subsidy into public AND private higher education to keep tuition low so that the poorest of a nation may have access to it. Costs on an individual must be addressed in this bill.
