Reason for being in Lazarus: As Delegate, I am acting on behalf of the Foreign Minister to establish an embassy here. Are you replacing another Ambassador: DC9 has not previously had an ambassador to any Lazarene government. If so, which ambassador will you replace: N/A. Are you considering opening an Embassy: Subject to any rules the Lazarene Dominion has regarding embassies, certainly.
