Complainant/s - Kade Weston Vasentius Accused – Adytus Offence/s – Edict of Lazarene Law and Order Violation: Legal Procedure: Section 2; Constitution of the Undead Dominion of Lazarus Violation, Section 6.2
Summary of Events – August 14; 2017: Evidence Presentation Period closed (late, without formal notice of extension beyond the standard three days) August 21; 2017: Requested update on ruling, Arbitrator replied with a sarcastic "Patience is a virtue! Haha." August 31st; 2017: Motion to dismiss due to Edict violation mentioned in the complaint Preliminary Evidence - As linked in each item of the Summary of Events, the Arbitrator Adytus (herein referred to as "Arbitrator") has failed to uphold Edict of Lazarene Law and Order (herein referred to as "Edict"), Legal Procedure; Section 2. Noting that the Arbitrator has repeatedly dodged posting a judgement (http://nslazarus.com/archive/NSLazarus/topic/10269009/findpost/10023881/ ), and under Edict Legal Procedure, Section 3: the King, when contacted via telegram & Discord DMs failed to provide a resposne. Additionally, they promised Additionally noting that there is no defined standard for "reasonable timeframe", consuetudo pro lege servatur dictates that a time greater than one week is considered in excess. Therefore, with the above notice, the Arbitrator is found in violation of Edict, which in turn, is a violation of Constitution of the Undead Dominion of Lazarus, Section 6.2, a serious rights violation. To put it as professional as possible, the trial (http://nslazarus.com/archive/NSLazarus/topic/10269009/1/?x=50#new) is a mockery of the court system of the region. The entire court should be reprimanded for their inaction, along with the current leadership to be heavily questioned as whether they are fit to be in power or not.
