How am I on trial? Why am I on trial? This is ridiculous. I did expect a show trial, but I never expected something so low as to prosecute foreigners who are irrelevant to your government, less one of them being me. I do know that Wolf said that the charges should be dropped, but still, I am here to voice my protest (and my amusement) on this matter. Not only this show trial against me is laughable and pathetic, I was not even notified I was on trial, when that should've been the case. I can't even post in my own case. How absurd is it that a defendant was not given any notice of this, and that the accused can't even talk on his own trial? Shame on you. This whole ordeal is so pathetic it is funny. Is this due process of the law? Do better next time you accuse and prosecute people that don't even live here. Seriously, I haven't been a citizen in a long time, and even then I never got involved much in Lazarus, if at all. How humourous, I am amused, shocked, confused and angered, all at the same time. Thanks, Wolf, but still, this fury parade is just my protest on this whole thing. Sorry I posted here, but I do not know where to post, as I am blocked even from the Courts I am being judged on. |

Then I choose to be labelled a traitor to a homeland I've never known. I was never given a fair trial: I was not notified on time, the charges against me are ridiculous, and, on top of it all, I cannot speak at my own case. How laughably stupid is the Undead Lazarene judicial system: a tool for Funk and friends to purge and accuse innocents without even letting them talk. Incredible. How far can people get to being such malicious and evil demons. Truly, the lust for power and tyranny has consumed you, or whoever is controlling you. Someday, the darkness that permeates the new Lazarene society shall be dispelled. And when that day comes, I shall be content. For the Undead Dominion will be no more. A regime that has accused me, and I am innocent, a victim of this nefarious system. |

Treason it is, foreigner. The trial was open for months, so not making it there on time is nonsense. It's laughably stupid that in all that time you were capable of not posting, but somehow grew capable of giving a shit after it closed. The four pages of this thread don't support your lack of "talking for yourself" either. The homeland "you've never known" bit doesn't make any sense too. It isn't a homeland if you haven't known it. It's my homeland and here you are telling me and everyone else here about how we should run it, foreigner. Shame. Run off to another "homeland" you don't know. If they are smart, they will shame your attitude out of there as well.

You, by the laws of this region, were forced to notify me. You were supposed to tell me I was on trial. You. Never. Did. Ever. Why did I post late? Because I was completely unaware I was on trial! Can you not be more ignorant? You did not tell me, when you were supposed to do so as a Necromancer of Arbitration! Your complete incompetence for both telling the accused, thus allowing for a trial, and the fact that you extended this trial for so long should disqualify you for this position! When I mean talking in my trial, I mean that you don't let me post in the trial proper. How will I defend myself if: a. You never notified me b. I can't speak at the trial anyway c. You offer pathetic excuses A homeland I've never known is that Lazarus has never been my homeland. How can I commit treason to a homeland I've never known? When Lazarus is just a far-away place to me? I have never considered it my home. |

That is based on my experience. I am not telling Funk how to run his dictatorship. It is my opinion that you should be removed. Am I not allowed to have an opinion on something that has affected me? |
