Necromancer of Arbitration – Adytus Complainant – Funkadelia Accused Aguero Alunya Amerion Ark Andrew Atlantica Aumelodia Capercom Constie Courlany Das Imperium Lives/Prole Confederation Doperland Escade Frattastan Griffindor13 Harmoneia Ike Kanglia Kade Vasentius Katie Lenlyvit Loftegen Morozovia Omega Pherttsylavnia Resentine Roavin Royal Atlantean State Ryccia Seraph Svezjacael The Church of Satan The Noble Thatcherites Vapid Veniasufia Wintermoot Charge – 2.6 Subversive Activities The King of the Undead has brought a criminal charge of subversive activity to the Necromancer of Arbitration, and the Circle of Necromancers. At the King’s request, with the approval of the Circle of Necromancers, and following the guidelines of Lazarene law, a trial has summoned for the accused, or “La Resistance.” This trials will be conducted following the Edict of Lazarene Law and Order, and order established by the Constitution of the Undead Dominion of Lazarus. Since these charges were not addressed under previous law, and are currently ongoing, the justification for this trial stands as the legal remedy to address the conflict. While a number of the accused have been charged with other crimes, this trial will center on the following –
Following longstanding precedent, as Necromancer of Arbitration, I will immediately contact the accused to notify them of the trial, allowing them to attend the court and present evidence in their defense. A period of three days will be allowed for the defense and complainant to confirm whether or not they plan to present themselves to the court. After this period, unless there is a reasonable request for delay, the accused and complainant may present evidence, facts, and other relevant information to the court to make their case. They may do so for three days. If there is no major evidence presented for three days after this period, the court, given all the evidence, will publish a ruling. It will roughly take a couple of days to publish a ruling. EDIT: To everyone I mistakenly sent "trail" instead of "trial" in their personal message, I deeply apologize. My auto correct changed it, and I did not notice in time. EDIT: Trial has started. EDIT: Ruling coming soon. Edited by Adytus, Aug 15 2017, 03:09 AM.

Look, Funk. If you want to give your region Dignity, make it have a name, make people fear you... do yourself a favor and run your government correctly. I want this trial to be over with already. |

Unfortunately not everyone can be at their computer 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Adytus will be beginning the trial as soon as they are able to. |

I'm sure the illegitimate "Celestial Court" or whatever is being run extremely well. |

It was until some people started making a fuss about who the Prelates were, and then imported illegal voters to pass Killer Kitties Prelate Nomination, and to stop CoS from achieveing his re-nomination. In the final hours of the vote, in which Killer Kitty was not looking to be elected and with CoS at a secure enough number to be elected, a flood of new citizens came in and turned the tides suddenly. Which then screwed up the court because people were arguing about who were the real members of the court, as there was a Mandate contradiction, or maybe vague statement, about Prelate Elections. I know all of this as I was Deputy Convenor at the time, and I saw the rush of people come in and change the vote within minutes of it's closing. It jacked up our court and even though I called for us to scrap the current court and start it fresh, all everyone else wanted to do was fight, Omega refused himself, Killer Kitty was stubborn and started to rule on cases all on his own, and it all went downhill from there. Sorry if that's long and confusing, and if some of it is a bit incorrect. |

https://youtu.be/xz4- The period for the accused to be notified and present themselves for trial is closed. The court will be moving on to phase two. Both parties to this case may present all evidence they have to the court for three days, and post it here on this thread. If there is a need to extend the three days, please contact me. I would like to remind everyone that debate is allowed, but debate with evidence is what will be under consideration during the ruling. Evidence may be presented in any form - screenshots, logs, personal messages, links to evidence, personal testimony, etc. Evidence submitted while filing the complaint is already on the record, and does not need to be resubmitted. If the evidence cannot be verified, it will be disregarded during the ruling. Have at it. DUN DUN Edited by Adytus, Aug 10 2017, 05:40 AM.

Well that's certainly a lot of evidence being presented thus far. |

As stated above, some evidence is already on the record. The accused has yet to submit any evidence for their case, which would be you. Edited by Adytus, Aug 11 2017, 11:28 AM.
