At the King’s request, with the approval of the Circle of Necromancers, and following the guidelines of Lazarene law, a trial has summoned for the accused, or “La Resistance.” This trials will be conducted following the Edict of Lazarene Law and Order, and order established by the Constitution of the Undead Dominion of Lazarus. Since these charges were not addressed under previous law, and are currently ongoing, the justification for this trial stands as the legal remedy to address the conflict. While a number of the accused have been charged with other crimes, this trial will center on the following –
Following longstanding precedent, as Necromancer of Arbitration, I will immediately contact the accused to notify them of the trial, allowing them to attend the court and present evidence in their defense. A period of three days will be allowed for the defense and complainant to confirm whether or not they plan to present themselves to the court. After this period, unless there is a reasonable request for delay, the accused and complainant may present evidence, facts, and other relevant information to the court to make their case. They may do so for three days. If there is no major evidence presented for three days after this period, the court, given all the evidence, will publish a ruling. It will roughly take a couple of days to publish a ruling. EDIT: To everyone I mistakenly sent "trail" instead of "trial" in their personal message, I deeply apologize. Just to mention, you're using the wrong list. Frattastan isn't a Lazarus citizen or wasn't for the recent clusterfuck at least. Is this court now prosecuting foreign dignitaries? If you are then why is JAL still allowed on this forum or region? |

I still would like a reasoning as to why I'm on the list when no evidence has been presented stating I should be charged with these crimes. The only crime I've committed is being over the Endorsement Cap, but many, many people are over the Endo Cap, so you'd be putting a lot of people on trial for that. I would still like my questions answered and an explanation. |

For anyone else that has this question, the accused was submitted in mass, and the court has taken the entire list up due to the strong evidence that some of the members on it have carried out serious crimes. If there is not enough evidence to convict you of what has been charged, then you have nothing to worry about. Punishment is on an individual level. |

Well, due to my serious problems about the way the newest Constitution was passed, with those being accused given no opportunity to voice their opinion or vote on it, I will not be recognizing this court as legitimate and as such enter no plea. Enjoy your show trial. |

I will not be participating in this farcical show trial and thereby lending my own personal albeit insignificant legitimacy to this trial trying me under illegally-enacted laws in an illegally-appointed kangaroo court created by an illegally-enacted Constitution. I am saddened and distraught that the ruling regime of Lazarus has come to this after showing so much promise in all areas, promise that i personally worked towards establishing alongside Lamb and Funk, but my spirit soars over the impending doom circling over the ruling government and regime like hawks over their prey. |
