Been publicly ~~charged with~~ convicted of a crime in Lazarus. B. Violated the rules of NationStates Terms of Use. C. Violated the policies of the Regional Message Board. (3) Worlds or nations cannot be banned from the Regional Forum without being publicly ~~charged with~~ convicted of a crime in Lazarus unless: A. They have violated the Regional Forum's terms of use. What I mean is, if I was charged and convicted of being an asshole in Osiris, I'm gonna get banned here because most people also think I'm an asshole? A good example is, I think Drop Your Pants is an asshole. He's a good guy and he's isn't like a harraser or anything, but he's still an asshole. So a region makes a stupid law, a person is convicted, they can be banned here for it? Or am I just understanding this wrong and it means here? I just figured the publically part meant anywhere. I'd understand if say someone had pornspammed TRR or committed some other crime we all normally do not approve of. But if it's something stupid like the equivalent of firing squad for jaywalking seems a bit ripe for abuse, no?
