🌺 His Divine Eminence Posts: 584 Group: Accused Member #495 Joined: Dec 20, 2016 Alignment Lawful Good Military Stance Neutral Political Views Independent Nation in Lazarus Aumelodia Discord Somyrion#8047	If it may please the Court, I submit a request for review and further legal inquiry into two actions: The results of the recent confirmation elections of Church of Satan and Killer Kitty were tallied including votes made by citizens who has been accepted during the course of that voting period. Additionally the reconfirmation elections of Adytus and Omega were administrated by Funkadelia, purportedly in his role as Election Commissioner. I would like to make a couple further points: The Elections Act specifies a rule on new citizens voting in elections: Elections Act 8) A citizen whose application was accepted during a regular or special election cycle is unable to cast a vote in said election. A recent decision of this esteemed Court ruled that a (re)confirmation vote for Prelates held outside the normal election cycle is in fact a Special Election (and therefore a (re)confirmation held within the cycle is a General election). In addition, the Elections Act states: Elections Act 3) In Regards to Prelates: In the clauses Article IV SS3E, and Article IV SS6 of the mandate, the term 'elect' shall be interpreted to mean a simple majority confirmation vote in the Cosmic Council. It is of my opinion that though the Elections Act may state that Prelate elections follow a different voting format, they are still regular elections in all other legal senses. Either a Prelate (re)confirmation is an election, in which case Elections Act 5.8 applied (and therefore the tallied votes are invalid) or it is not an election and instead a simple Council vote, in which case 5.8 does not apply but Funkadelia cannot legally serve as the administrator for the Votes on Adytus and Omega. I ask that the court inquire into the nature of these laws and rule on whether the results of the votes on CoS and Killer Kitty and the administration of the votes on Adytus and Omega were valid.

Even he understood that he shouldn't. I ask you to reconsider.

You are correct. This case is now on hold until a fourth Prelate can be appointed.
