Posts: 8 Group: Foreign Dignitaries Member #630 Joined: Jun 26, 2017 Political Views Independent	THE VERSUTIAN FEDERATION Region \| Forum \| Discord \| Roleplay Map Current Ambassador from the Versutian Federation: Marrigoldria aka Maddiefayee Introduction The Versutian Federation is a region of roughly 150 nations whose liberties we prize and rights we will maintain. During the original "Zompocolypse" April Fool's event, our region capitalized on our strategy of cure-based tactics, allowing us to peak at 415 resident nations in May of 2014. However, in the following years, poor circumstances led to the departure of most of these nations, bottoming us out at roughly 70 nations in late 2015. Since then, the Versutian Federation has made a comeback due to fresh and new faces bringing new ideas and more organization to the region in regards to recruitment, role-play, elections, and general information. This region has become a very unique community and we hope to continue to see it grow! Government President Our regional government is headed by the President, who serves as the leader of our Parliament and the administration. Traditionally, most presidents have allowed other ministries to operate under their own initiatives without presidential interference. Additionally, the President serves as our Roleplay Minister. Our current President is the Armed Republic of Asairia, who was elected on October 7, 2016. Delegate The Delegate primarily serves as our official representative to the World Assembly, but also maintains other secondary roles, such as a fill-in for the Minister of Justice should he be party to a case. Along side the President, the Delegate serves a three-month term while other ministers (excluding the Minister of Justice) serve one-month terms. Our current Delegate is the Optimist People's Republic of Akohos, who was elected on April 3, 2017. Minister of Justice The Minister of Justice, our only minister that serves for life, is responsible for supervising the execution of justice in the region, for arbitrating disputes, and for adjudicating on issues where a member or citizen nation stands accused of violating the rules of the region subject to the Bill of Rights. The current Minister of Justice is the Gilded Lands of Alamei, who took office on August 2, 2015. Minister of Defense The Minister of Defense has the duty to defend the Versutian Federation against foreign invader nations, but cannot encourage a raider or defender policy. Our region is neutral and has an active founder account. The Democratic Republic of Kronogistan has served as our Minister of Defense since being elected on May 7, 2017. Minister of Immigration Our Minister of Immigration manages recruitment teams, holds recruitment drives, manages relaying important information to the region through telegrams, keeps track and encourages new nations to become involved, and ensures compliance with NationStates rules regarding recruitment. Our region is an Arnhelm Declaration Signatory. Our Minister of Immigration, the Queendom of Marrigoldria has been in office since May 7, 2017. Minister of Foreign Affairs Our Minister of Foreign Affairs has the duty of managing relations with other regions in addition to the Foreign Ministry and its employees. All ambassadors report to him, and he has the authority to negotiate embassies with our region. The United Commonwealth of Valturus, our Minister of Foreign Affairs, has been in office since July 7, 2017.

Posts: 8 Group: Foreign Dignitaries Member #630 Joined: Jun 26, 2017 Political Views Independent	UPDATE: During the Month of July, The Versutian Federation faced many changes. A major change was the loss of many senior nations who left the region in search of something different. Another Major change was the Role-play Reboot which was enacted on August 1st, 2017. The previous Minister of Immigration announced retirement and the vice Minister of Immigration ran in the incumbent's place and won. All other current ministers have remained in their positions. TVF is very excited for the RP reboot and very excited as we have been staying around 150 nations total!
