Hello everyone! I'm [nation]Capercom[/nation]! I've had a long, strange road with Nationstates over the past almost 13 years. I've helped form and run many governments, fought and commanded many wars (both raiding and defending sides), and helped create treaties amongst many regions. As a region, [region]Lazarus[/region] has a unique opportunity to capture the refreshed desires of NationStates players and build itself into one of, if not the, best regions in the universe. I look forward to helping propel us into greater heights! Please feel free to send me a message on the forum or via Telegram and I will be more than happy to respond as quick as I can! |

Hey, welcome to Lazarus. I'm glad to see you come through, and you obviously already have some great interest in Lazarus, so that's pretty exciting. I'm curious to know, you've been playing for a long time, so what kind of regions were you part of? Sometimes I find it interesting to hear some of the more historical regions that people have been a part of. |

I spent a lot of time raiding/defending when I first started out. DEN was very prevalent at the time and I moved up the ranks a little. WA multis were easier to obtain back then so if you knew what you were doing, you could be a one man army. Which is exactly what I did when I overthrew the leadership in [region]China[/region], a much larger region at the time. DEN was becoming a hotbed for drama so I decided to branch out on my own and start stirring the pot in China's RMB for a few days before I made my move with the rest of the nations. Once their delegate lost over half of his endorsements, I started moving one or two nations/day into the region until I had enough to mass endorse the original account and thrust myself into the position of power. Unfortunately, after receiving reinforcements from raiding organizations, NS admins caught on to my multiple WA nations and kicked them all out, thus losing China forever. After that, I lost interest in the game as raiding was the most enjoyable aspect. I had aged a few years when I decided to give NS another shot. I realized that pissing off raiders, who are, in my experience, stereotypically rage/quit gamers, was actually more fun than overthrowing regions. I joined forces with [region]10000 Islands[/region] and a became member in the TITO network of defenders. I settled in [region]Atheist Empire[/region] (now [region]The Atheist Empire[/region]) due to a connection I had with their WA Delegate. In my time there, we most notably helped keep [region]The Rejected Realms[/region] stable as it was getting close to successfully raided for months on end. |

lol. I've been raiding since 2008, with a little absence here and there, and the community now is more like that than when you claim to have been active. The contrast of raiding between the seriousness of TITO lead under the out-dated policies (even around the era that I am assuming you were part of) of Grub perpetuates not only defenders with a lack of skill, but with a complete disregard that this is actually a game. Given that I know those that were taking part in the original incarnation of DEN, I'm curious what you went by. Did you go by the same name or another? Edited by Lamb, Jun 14 2017, 07:59 AM.

I feel my characterization of raiders back then is greatly influenced by the people I knew in school who played and were the type to throw a controller or two lol. My entire grade started playing the game as a simulation/government type project for school, so I knew and saw daily 50+ people that played the game. I went under many a name in my time with DEN, as the WA multi cheating was widespread. Once I got kicked out/banned from the WA I would just create a new nation to use. I believe under DEN I went by [nation]Glatannia[/nation], which is now in the boneyard. I do not have access to the email address (which was something ridiculous like punk_bassist_1234, because I was cool) associated with it, that got hacked long ago due to me using non-legit World of Warcraft plugins. I had the password for the login auto-saved on an old laptop, but the hard drive failed about 4-5 years back and I haven't really tried to play NS since then. I was very surprised to see [nation]Grub[/nation] and TITO are still around. It seems like there are a lot of raiding of smaller regions taking place that are going untouched by TITO and other defender regions, so obviously the strategy behind that may have changed a bit now. |

There is a lot of raiding of large regions too that is going untouched by TITO. They are far beyond their peak at this point and with a refusal to change tactics and evolve, they've seen their member base dwindling with some even leaving to more effective defender forces such as The Grey Wardens. It isn't a matter of changed strategy. It's actually the exact opposite. It's not a secret that they're often mocked among defenders of today for these very same things. Interesting. I just looked you up on the Old Den forums. Seems that you didn't have any posts. What's up with that? |

I acknowledge a while back on Discord there was some discussion about the claims of my past. Please forgive me, as a child born when I started playing this game would now be in puberty, so I may have confused some things. My personal life as a teenager and young 20 year old may not have contributed to a positive strength building of my memory either. I also acknowledge the negative nature in which the conversation took in relation to my claims. All of which have been noted and will not be forgot. I dug through old emails, and found some things. 1.) I may have been incorrect on my old nation names. Glatannia was actually one of the people I raided/defended with back in the day, not myself. 2.) I had around 8-9 nations I used throughout the years. Most notably were Capercom and Slueben. 3.) My original nation, Xinfectis, was trashed after not that long, as the nation naming rules prevented me from making it xInfectis like I wanted. I still used xInfectis for a lot of things, including my name on external sites related to NationStates, but quickly stopped using it on NS. 4.) Check the names, email addresses, links, and dates on the below images. Any further questions or implied accusations? |

I'm not really sure why you're getting all butthurt when you, not I, falsely claimed to be Glatt, the leader of The Reign Of Terror and The Blades of Conquest, organizations which both eventually folded into The Black Hawks. Should also be noted that I knew and worked very closely with Glatt at one time, so I knew you were talking out your ass the second I read your claim. As far as your claim that you're Xinfectis from DEN, that seems to check out. You're banned and have four posts, the first of which is the following:
Now, I'm not going to speculate as to the reason why you're banned, because I can't see that information, if it was ever posted, but I would like to point out that you're claiming:
And this, again, seems to be totally false. Capercom was founded, at time of writing, 12 years 252 days ago while Xinfectis was founded 9 years 219 days ago. So your claim that Xinfectis was your originally nation is also false since Capercom was founded on October 27, 2004. Most likely Xinfectis was founded as a DEN puppet. Care to explain why a good portion of your claims don't match up with reality? Edited by killer kitty, Jul 4 2017, 07:16 PM.
