We have recently finished another renewal of the Universal Cycle, but that does not mean we can lapse into inactivity once more. Elections are not meant to be one-off events, but rather a catalyst for new ideas, new projects, and new purpose into the government. I urge each and every Councillor to do their part to take the initiative and keep our galaxy turning. Though we may at times face division from without and from within, I trust that we can build together; that we can develop the Union and strengthen its bonds, whether we are from the Melier system, the Centria system or anywhere else in this Holy Galaxy of ours. I reaffirm my confidence in the Celestial Union, in its peoples, its Councillors and its government, and in the belief that we will accomplish much in our upcoming days.
