It is at this sacred event, held on the Renewal of the Universal Cycle and special occasions that we bear witness the granting of celestial assent. With the conclusion of the special election, it is apparent that the core worlds of our Celestial Union have entrusted the leadership of our universe to His Most Eminent Highness, Funkadelia. And so, by the grace of the Order of Stars, I formally grant His Most Eminent Highness permission to form a government in my name, and I shall pray to our forebearers for his success. As keepers of the galactic peace, it is the solemn duty of the Defender of the Realm and the Guardians to protect Uniterra, our worlds and their territories. I place my faith in His Eminence Doperland, as the Defender of the Realm, Her Grace, Harmoneia, His Grace, Killer Kitty, and His Grace, Constie, as our Guardians. To adjudicate with my celestial authority, I grant His Excellency, The Church of Satan my blessing as Holy Prelate, His Excellency, Tomb, and His Excellency, Frankender, authority as Prelates.
