I'm sure a lot of us play games, so I thought it'd be cool to have a place to talk about what we're playing at the moment and where we're at in it. At least we can get some idea of what everyone is into. For me, I was in the mood for something I don't regularly play, and after searching my lists I decided on Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, which I bought from GoG years ago but never actually played. Between having it on the easiest setting and my familiarity with Civ II-era rules (I used to play the shit out of Civ II), I didn't have too much trouble, though adjusting to the graphics took a bit of time for me. It was interesting for me, but at the same time I don't really get the hype the game had...it's a lot like futuristic Civ II with a better diplomacy system, and I could recall some Civ II mods I had more fun with. In fact, maybe next time I'm in the mood I'll see if I can get that installed and going on this computer... |

I have recently been playing a lot of Crusader Kings 2 and a good bit of the time with Funk. If anyone plays the game and can do so consistently, they should hit us up for starting some multiplayer games on it. |

I have mostly been playing South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Great game, so much better than the original |

I have definitely been playing a bit of Crusader Kings 2 and the MOBA Smite lately, but I also just finished Super Mario Odyssey, which is by far one of my favorite games ever. I highly recommend it. |

I enjoy playing Ages of Empires 2 multiplayer. It's been around since 1999 but still to this day it has always been my #1 favorite strategy game |

I've yet to play Crusader Kings, but Victoria is my jam. And I've dabbled a bit with Europa Universalis. |

AoE II is close to my heart. One of the first PC games I ever played alongside the original Counter-Strike. RIP MSN Zone. RIP Gamespy Arcade I still revisit it, though I've refused to get any of the new DLCs or whatever they've pumped out since releasing the HD version on steam. Maybe we'll play a game some time. |

I highly recommend Crusader Kings 2. It's basically Europa Universalis but more character based. I have well over 500 hour logged on it. |

This is both a curse and a blessing. I have been playing Space Engineers. The learning curve is stiff but it's fun when you get the hang of it. |
