Kowassati had three primary goals in his campaign as Sovereign which were to increase participation/activity, improve upon communication and collaboration of government officials, and to increase our engagement of foreign affairs. Considering the role the DotR plays in the region, can you elaborate on how you intend to work alongside the Sovereign to achieve these goals? Do you have any goals or plans that you intend to bring to Kowassati's attention? So, I intend on just doing what I've been doing, and using the position's power to further that. I was helping get the Gazette back up running, i intend on trying to get more roleplaying happening (since the one I started doing died out), and things like that. I do indeed think communication needs to improve. A lot of things I've been in do poorly due to lack of it. I'm not entirely sure how to accomplish this, aside from actively checking with everyone in the government to see what has been done or whatnot, and if there's anything that needs to be done (in which case I'd assist or find someone that can assist if it's needed). Now, I will admit, I don't keep up with much in the way of foreign affairs, but that is part of the problem. The only other region I participate in is The Independent Order, and I don't think they do much in NS as a whole. I think perhaps doing collaborations (with R/D or cultural things) with other regions could be a way to increase our engagement with foreign affairs. In any case, I'm more than willing to help Kowassati enact his plans, or to criticize them if I think they may have issues. I do hope i answered your question, I know I kinda rambled on.
