As DotR, I shall serve our God-Emperor Kowassati, until I can usurp his throne, or he quits like every sovereign since me, or his term ends and he leaves office. I shall stand by to fill in should Kow go missing, or on vacation, all while plotting against him. Eventually, I shall seize absolute power, and plunge Lazarus into a new age of darkness, from which it shall never emerge. Purges and merciless oppression shall be the order of the day. Thank you for your attention; if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.

Kowassati had three primary goals in his campaign as Sovereign which were to increase participation/activity, improve upon communication and collaboration of government officials, and to increase our engagement of foreign affairs. Considering the role the DotR plays in the region, can you elaborate on how you intend to work alongside the Sovereign to achieve these goals? Do you have any goals or plans that you intend to bring to Kowassati's attention?
