As DotR, I shall serve our God-Emperor Kowassati, until I can usurp his throne, or he quits like every sovereign since me, or his term ends and he leaves office. I shall stand by to fill in should Kow go missing, or on vacation, all while plotting against him. Eventually, I shall seize absolute power, and plunge Lazarus into a new age of darkness, from which it shall never emerge. Purges and merciless oppression shall be the order of the day. Thank you for your attention; if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them.

As to what I will do as DotR, did you read the OP? You are straying close to Notbob status, you know, what with your not paying attention! However, you will be wasting your vote only if you expect me to have grandious plans for how I will save Lazarus. I promise nothing beyond keeping the region safe from external aggression by promoting endo tarting/swapping.
