The author of this resolution is La Navasse who has been badge-hunting in the SC for months now. This proposal serves no real purpose other than to grant La Navasse a reward for writing it. Even if this region is liberated, it will remain inactive and eventually die of its own accord. Some people may not find this fact significant (I do), but La Navasse has worked extensively with Nazi Europa in the past regarding his own region and though he was duped out of it by them, his character is not one we should be supporting with senseless resolutions.
