Request for Review; Format of Legislation

If it may please the Court, I would like to request clarification on whether an Act may be retrospectively reformatted.

I note that we have, in the last few months, reformatted all our legislative acts through amendments. I ask this Court, was that necessary?

Is it possible for the Director of Ceremonies to make cosmetic changes to how a post appears in 'Active Laws', I.e. Bolding certain words, changing the text alignment, adding sentences such as "Legislation passed on the 5th of March, 2016." Or would such changes require it to be made through an amendment?
