The oldest Council of the World Assembly, the General Assembly concerns itself with international law. Its resolutions are applied immediately upon passing in all WA member nations.

Welcome to the General Assembly section of [region]Lazarus[/region]' World Assembly Affairs Forum. The General Assembly is a roleplaying section of the World Assembly which concerns itself with the establishment of international laws that have actual in-game effects on your nation similar to issues. This subforum is where Lazarenes will be able to debate the merits of GA resolutions and help determine how our delegate's vote is cast*.

Lazarus GA Voting Policy

- The Executive Government will endeavor to post a discussion topic regarding each resolution before or shortly after it goes to vote.

- All nations with a World Assembly nation in [region]Lazarus[/region] for a period of at least one week, or with their WA deployed on an official LLA mission will be allowed to cast a vote on how [region]Lazarus[/region]' delegate votes on any GA proposal.

- Any nation with a World Assembly nation in [region]Lazarus[/region] may request that the delegate approve their submitted World Assembly proposal by making a request in this forum. So long as the proposal does not violate any NationStates rules, or a reasonable person's sense of common decency the proposal will be approved. Nations without their WA in Lazarus or deployed on an official LLA mission may make the same request, but their proposals will be subject to far more stringent review.

* For those who are unaware: Regional World Assembly Delegates get 1 vote for ever endorsement they have.
