I'm glad that Mordor is alive and kicking again. I remember back in the day when Mordor was one of the largest and most active regions in the game...maybe in time it will go back to that, but for now it's great that we can renew our ties at least. It goes without saying that the application is approved. I've requested an embassy be created for Mordor and will post back here when it has been created. In the meantime (and afterwards, actually), just let me know if you need any help getting settled in as an ambassador here in the region.
