With Amerion stepping into the Sovereign's position, there is a vacancy in the office of the Captain of the Guard. You can nominate yourself or someone else, and any citizen by forum application is eligible to run. If you do accept a nomination, you may begin campaigning in this forum.

The nomination period will close at 12:00 AM PST on November 5th, followed by a 2 day period for further campaigning, voting will open at 12:00 AM PST on November 7th.
