You can nominate yourself or someone else, and any citizen by forum application is eligible to run. If you do accept a nomination, you may begin campaigning in this forum. The nomination period will close at 12:00 AM PST on November 5th, followed by a 2 day period for further campaigning, voting will open at 12:00 AM PST on November 7th.
