A Condemnation for a raider region has always been worn as a badge of pride (LWU has always worn theirs as one). In that regard, I don't think this new incarnation of The Invaders has even come close to deserving such a notorious reward. This is obvious by their weak portfolio in the resolution itself, which can essentially be achieved by any noob raider region out there. Maybe in a couple years Knot. While I don't see anything wrong with any raider region getting condemned if they raid enough and more, the proposal is shitty and there's not enough accomplishments- otherwise it'd be a much longer, more detailed proposal.
