Posts: 2 Group: Foreign Dignitaries Member #427 Joined: Sep 14, 2016 Alignment Neutral	THE NORTH PACIFIC MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS 24th September 2016 Magicality City, The North Pacific Notice: It has come to our attention that members of The Grey Wardens and Lazarus have raised questions publicly in both of their Discord servers about a recruitment telegram a Grey Warden received in the region World Space Administration. The North Pacific has a policy of retaliatory recruitment against regions that engage in spam recruitment within our region. Spam recruitment includes telegrams sent to all nations or all WA nations in The North Pacific, or some superset of them. The region World Space Administration engaged in such behavior in the past, as evidenced here, and therefore was included in the targets of our retaliatory recruitment program. Our retaliatory recruitment policy should be well-known by this point, as it has been referenced publicly several times. Zemnaya Svoboda, at the time Delegate of The North Pacific, publicly disclosed this policy on 27th July 2015 in our official embassy on the NationStates Gameplay forum. The North Pacific recognizes that user-created regions rely on recruitment of newly-founded nations from game-created regions to maintain activity, acknowledges this as a legitimate recruitment practice, and holds no ill-will against user-created regions that engage in it. However, we will not tolerate recruitment spam practices and we intend to continue our retaliatory recruitment program. Plembobria, Delegate of The North Pacific
