The Court needs an attorney to defend Union of Antartica, who will be charged in absentia for treason and conspiracy. We also need a procescutor. |

I volunteer for either, though I would prefer being counsel for the state. |

In this court, there is no step in the process for a prosecutor or defense attorney. The court takes in the facts and decides based on those and those alone. What purpose would advocates serve?

Funk is right. Besides, Antarctica is free to defend himself. The court encourages all acused to do just that. Whether or not they choose to do so is up to them. If Antarctica chooses not to then that's his decision. He will be tried regardless. |

Yes, I'd imagine testimony for the accused should be considered evidence for the bench. |

As I said earlier, Union of Antartica will not be present for the trial. Antartica should still have a chance for innocence, which is why I ask. I do not see any reason for the Lazarene revulsion to trials. |

What is preventing Antarctica from being present for the trial and representing himself? He seemed to be fairly active up until this plot was unearthed. |

You understand that Lazarus has a non-adversarial trial system... Right? |
