One of Stars objectives as Sovereign was to hold a Festival. I and the Cabinet have talked it over and we think that a festival, where we can invite other regions along, would be a good idea. Festival activities will hopefully include:
If you got any other festival ideas please PM me or Yuno! So far that is what has been discussed in great detail however the particulars have yet to be decided. What I would like to gauge is 1) Who would actually like and participate in such a festival 2) When people will be available so we can hold it at the right time. We also need moderators/event organisers to help in decision making and actually moderating/supervising certain aspects of the event (the debate, movie nights) so then we will be able to tell whether these ideas are actually do-able. So if your interested in being an event mod, please say so in replies. This whole event will not be able to happen if not enough people volunteer or express interest in actually partaking. So please do! I also wouldn't mind name suggestions for the Festival (or even if we should have one) |

Planning a week long festival a week before its set to begin? Very ambitious. As of now, you'll have me every day but Thursday. That is highly likely to change though. |

May I also suggest a forum game such as Mafia or The Resistance or even Potions? Someone who is even savvy in sports RP could create some sort of tournament. A game night could also be arranged. |

I've hosted a mafia game in Lazarus for a festival before and I guess I could do it again. Might swap it out for potions though as it is something newer. |

I'd be down with helping with the debate. |

We have a festival clause in our upcoming treaty with Spiritus. Is it okay if we delay this for like two weeks and change it into an inter-regional festival with them? |

My general advice would be to keep activities to the forums as much as possible. In my experience, it's much easier to get people to the forums and keep things going than elsewhere, especially if it's an event that happens on a certain day/time...it's an absolute terror trying to schedule something around people in multiple time zones. |
