If so, who? Telegram request from San Andrewa. Please describe your history on NationStates: Loner and sardonic wise guy. How long have you played Nationstates: 3 years or so. Regions you are and have been involved in: Lazarus now. 10,000 Islands previously. Any crimes you may have committed in in those regions and others: None really. Guilty of puppet flooding when I first started out. Didn't read the rules correctly. Other names you may go by in Nationstates: None. I have about 30 puppets interspersed among NS regions though. From this time forward, I, Axixic, voluntarily without mental reservation or purpose of evasion, pledge my loyalty to Lazarus and her people, whose democratic beliefs I share, whose rights and liberties I respect, and whose laws I will uphold and obey. It was years ago. I was creating nations left and right. Moved about 20 of them from one region to another. Someone in the region I left, or the region I entered, complained to the moderators and poof, I lost my WA nation, saying I was puppet-flooding. Now when I create a puppet (and I do, I love making flags for my nations etc.) it goes to a private region I create and control. Rarely will I move it to a public region. When I do, it's often to NationStates where I can play Jeopardy. No complaints in my own regions so puppets normally hang there. I keep my main nation in a real region and minimally participate. A few jokes here and there. Participate in polls etc. Not sure how I got to Lazarus, just woke up here. Enuf?
