We are almost near the possibility of liberation (  ) but before that happens, we must sort out a few things to make sure that what we're doing is legal.Roavin has brought up in discord that we need to make sure the banjection of the coup'ers are legal. I am concerned that the Unified Legal Code doesn't have a direct section on coup's. This will be tricky, but I surmise the best solution is to amend the Legal Code to include a section for matters of coup and when it is okay to banject a formerly elected, but rogue and abusive, delegate. thoughts? |

Seems legit, though if I happen to be the one to take the delegacy away from Funk, banjecting him will be the 3rd thing I do, after dismissing his officers and clearing the ban list, the law be damned!

Actually, all that needs to be done is get them charged with a crime, as per Section 3.2(A)
So, after we get a court in order and get charges against the coupers, we can legally banject. them. Or we can do an amendment, either should be fine. |

Well we recalled the lot of them so Funk is holding the delegacy illegally. The RO's are banjecting people illegally. Sounds open and shut to me. |
