Renewal of the Universal Cycle -:- August 2017



Nomination for Sovereign

The Sovereign is the Head of Government and Delegate of Lazarus. The Sovereign heads the executive and nominates the cabinet, as well as determining policy.

A candidate for Sovereign shall:
  • A. Hold the status of Core World and have done so for the continuous period of no less than three months.
  • B. Not have been convicted of a crime.
  • C. Hold the status of World Assembly member.




Nomination for Convenor

The Convenor is the presiding officer in Lazarus' legislature. He is an impartial parliamentarian and oversees all discussion, voting, and final counts in the Cosmic Council.

There are no qualifications necessary to stand for Convenor.



The following is the schedule for this Renewal:
  • A four (4) day standing period.
  • A six (6) day campaigning period.
  • A four (4) day voting period.
The Renewal will end on the 22nd of August, 2017.
