That Motion has been motioned to a vote and seconded. Per the Legislative Procedures Act (Voting: 5): If more than 48 hours have passed since a motion to vote has been seconded and no vote has been scheduled, the citizen who introduced the motion to vote may schedule a vote on the proposal. Due to the Convenor's absence and the fact that it has been more than 48 hours, I bring this motion to a vote. Councilors may vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain. This vote shall last for a period of four days.
