Romance Poems
Speak From Emotion I will say this a thousand times Over and over till I feel I said it enough I will say it until it becomes your DNA Because I can't help myself but say it I have been betrayed many times But shut out, ignored, looked down upon I can't count the names I wish I didn't know The faces I wish I never saw And I have had so many doors shut in my face I ask people how they are doing and they hiss But you and I don't even glare at each other I can't think of anything left to hide Or a time I thought about much of what I said To you I just speak from my emotions with you And all of the skin is peeled away When I am with you I am drunk and I speak I do not think about the consequences Just remember Hun That it goes both ways I love to hear what you think More content is more content It doesn't matter how silly what you say is I think we understand each other That's all that I need and all I want
Why Are You Saying Sorry Why are you saying sorry? What did you do? The last ten times you apologized, I said you didn't have to.
I was serious. You should know I was. Why do I go through the effort? Well just fucking because.
Eh
I'm just trying to close the gap Thought it's difficult
Everything, They say about you If it's negative, It's not true It's either positive Or bullshit I don't understand Why you believe it
Eh
I would've hated To have your looks in high school
If I looked like you Urg the attention Flip out on come ons End up in detention
I spend a lot of time Wishing I knew more The outsider information The known amount is poor
I think the biggest argument We had was over Jello It’s delicious Why don’t you like Jello? I’m still triggered over this I love hot shots of Jello This is very important The rhyme scheme is Jello
Actually, I could call you that It wouldn’t make much sense But maybe it’ll be funny
Um, This poem Isn’t going anywhere It’s got it’s own flow But then it's like A very awkward stare
I think my house Has the same problem as yours It’s November fan full blast Still sweat just pours
I’ll hear from you later I hope you sleep well I know I won’t God Damnit
I’m pretty likely going to Not share this poem With you
I’m no longer good At these things I used to be But I am no longer
Yep

Poems About Frustration
I Didn't Ask For It Why does this have to be The kind of world That I have to live in? When did I ask for this? I didn't fucking ask for this.
We got terrorists going around Driving their damn Toyotas Tech companies hiring off With their illegal Quotas Oil workers dying fast Up there in North Dakota
I didn't ask for this I fucking didn't ask for this
The grocery store The bloody damn food place Is having toxic and safe Meat in the package embrace And people don't talk honestly With just a simple straight face
I don't deserve this I never fucking deserved this
I don't want to care about How easily someone gets a tan But the TSA can't even do A simple x-ray weapons scan And it's not black people Who are closer to caveman
My sister doesn't deserve this She won't ever fucking deserve this
And if you ever asked me Why I sound like a lunatic Or why I don't trust people Rather than just be skeptic It's because I wanted love And to be just a peacenik But trying to find out truth From the lies makes me sick
And I never asked for a race war And I never asked for an uptick in treason And I never asked for people to manipulate me Or for people to ignore the truth because feelings Or because they want to make lots of money
And I never asked to be part of a group of people Where our largest awareness group Doesn't want us to have children Because they think our genetics aren't pure enough
And yes, they are funded by George Soros Who I didn't ask to have riches to fund violence with
This is so bad, I need to pray. I rhymed Toyota and Quota That's how bad this is
What Is To Be Seen It is not my fault that the words mean What they mean
It's not my fault that you said What you said
How am I supposed to watch this And not see it When my eyes work just fine?
Is there another way to perceive this That wouldn't be utter madness?
Because I didn't come here to be sad I didn't come here to be tired And I didn't come here to watch you Say things that don't make sense

Poems About Religion
Just One Pair Of Footsteps A lot of people have said that you Carry people on your shoulders But it was you that knew I didn't Need anything like that from anyone What I need is a force multiplier Something to take what I got and Make it more than it is at the moment What I need is an external skeleton Something strapped to my spine and limbs Either way it's a single pair of footsteps That are being laid down in the sand Give me the strength and I will carry you

Pretty good, Prole! I like it quite a bit. A couple changes I'd make: 1. Replace "Lightning" near the end with "Your lightning" 2. Remove the last two lines.
But apart from that I genuinely love it. It's the best poem I've read from you so far.
