"No, I don't believe we are at this moment in time, however, I'm intrigued, could you tell me more about this Cultural Exchange Treaty Organisation, it seems like something that would be beneficial in maintaining the cultural history of our nation".

*The Vice Protector was glad, she hope that the Cultural Exchange Treaty would interest his Excellence, as it was an old but still active project that, as an institution promoting historical preservation had a huge place in her heart*
- Vice Protector Italia Costei

- Great, this will allow our advisors to discuss more about the treaty.
This is an organization, that promote like said in its name cultural exchange naturally, but also historical preservation, student exchange and cooperation on cultural matters. As you may have understood History is one of my passion, and this is why I am particularly interested into that organization, that finally allow human kind to dispose of a strong tool for the preservation of its traditions while exchanging with others.

"Hmm, yes we must continually strive to protect our history, sometimes you wonder what future generations will do to protect the past but if they learn enough and aren't mislead by confusing facts and figures all the time the point might just get home, now, I must ask, does this organisation have some sort of vault in which they store pieces of art etc. which is of so much historic value it can't be left in the hands of say a museum or a university?, I ask only out of curiosity for what programs they have to store and save objects of historic value for the future".

- History repeats itself because no one was listening the first time, indeed...
There is no such thing as vault, but I know there is exchange programs, to transfer a piece of art to another nation, maybe you may consider the safety of historic values things in it your Excellence.

"Ah, okay, well as I said I asked out of curiosity for what sort of programs they have in place to protect artwork and other items of historical value, now there's something I've been meaning to ask you, my nation is interested in potentially purchasing a small amount of your F-22 air superiority fighters, would this be possible or is it something you've decided isn't for exporting?"

- His Excellence Government is naturally willing to export the F-22 to our close allies. I believe if our two treaties are ratify, particularly the Mutual Defense one, it might be very possible. Our military have a total of 64 actives within our forces, and plan on the total construction of 256 for our needs, as the production was stopped, but is now in reactivity. You also need to know that this fighter is about 150 millions the unit but do a superb job, particularly into shutting down red fighters if you see what I mean...

"hmm, I see well this is something I will have to deliberate with my closest advisors, anyway is there anything else you wish to speak of because I am quite eager to sign these deals if I'm honest, Ms. Costei" he said rather politely whilst smiling.

*A man arrived with a suitcase and arrived next to the Vice Protector. He open the suitcase and get out of it two files and give them to the Vice Protector*
- Vice Protector Italia Costei

- Naturally, I understand your Excellence, as this is a fundamental question for the future of your defense.
Please, here you'll find the two treaties in two copies, one for your Excellence and one for us. They have been signed and ratified by the Order of Commerce.
*She open the documents, sign the two copies of the two treaties with a smile on her face and after hold the treaties to his Excellence. It was her first Treaty, well, in that case, actually it was two treaties, that ensure trade and prosperity within a new area of the world. And also, she signed it, ratified it, as a representative of an entire nation, which is very special for this 26 years old woman. She was pleased as it was her first real time, alone, negotiating, and everything was alright, she was hoping that things would be as easy as that in the world.*
