“Pace Vinitsia”

*Vice Doge for Trade, Elena Djine's plane land off in Gondor at Minas Tirith with some delegates*

Elena Djine to the delegates within the plane

- Ladies, Gentlemen, remember, last months have seen some tensions between our nations, but we are here to re-establish trust and encourage trade, as we have a trade treaty.

War against communism is imminent, we need to ensure economical areas safety. These are no longer our enemies, these are our allies... I hope.

*The door of the plane open, and Elena get out of the plane, feeling the air of Gondor, as it is her second official trip in Gondor*

Long live the Republic,
May God be with you,
- Doge's Office

- Between us who can trust them ? If I may remember, they forced Vinitsia to sign a deal due to sanctions... But I need to say that I am glad, as the tiny nation we were, to not have develop it ourselves, as costs and time would have been longer. Plus, it is a derivative, which mean we are also entirely independent from Maddomania for its production. But maybe you would be interested to develop with us the future our fighters ?

I don't know if you followed the recent events your Highness, but now the Merchant Federation has been re-founded. We would wish to know your position about this, and the total war against communism we are about to begin.

"As far as future fighter developments, Gondor has a few possibilities still in mind and we will let you know if we ever gather any future interest. On the subject of the Merchant Federation, I believe that it gives you considerable power in the world compared to what you were. Though I am not the happiest about your coalition's forceful conquest of Darze, who am I to judge? The war on communism is an interesting one, but not one that Gondor plans to fight in. Gondor isn't threatened by communism because our love of monarchism is far greater than the Red's love for their cause."

- The Land of Darze is an old Member State of the Merchant Federation, it was normal that with the de-ratification of the Treaty of Genova City it, like all old Members, re-integrate the Federation.

We aren't fighting communism by ideology, actually we do not really care about them, but they are threatening major trade partners, and so our accessibility to trade, which can easily destabilise world economy. Plus, they are doing these conquests militarily, I need to say we aren't fond of military, but we cannot let that happen.

Also, with Kleystein, we are now, nearly neighbours, maybe naval cooperation to secure the seas on this area might be beneficial. Plus, we wish to state you that all formers Treaties with Vinitsia or any other Members have been considered as valid for the entire Merchant Federation, if you naturally agree with it.

"I am glad that our Trade Treaty still stands. Our economies will benefit from this partnership. I suppose that Gondor could keep an eye out on the high seas for any suspicious activity. We would be willing to share intelligence with you in the event that a communist threat comes near us."

- We consider Gondor as a vital trade partner, I really wish you to know that.

Japao Crisis was a regrettable case, indeed. But you need to understand that we are really concern about your potential relations with DEN, as by multiple times they try to confront us. That is one of the reason the Merchant Federation was re-founded, a small nation cannot hold all these threats, aggressive neighbours, revolutions, we shall stand.

I know you claim your neutrality generally, well, it was what happened in Japao Crisis, but you still made military exercices with Los Vatican, still claiming neutrality. My question is, with who will you claim your neutrality with ?

"I believe that we maintained an aura of neutrality with the Japao Crisis. We may have done military exercises with them, but sent no troops in or around Japao. Those exercises were for defensive purposes only and to train a new division of tank crews. We will be friendly with DEN, but if they ask us to go to war for them, our answer will be no. Our allegiance in that way is soon to belong to Ascarenor, our closest neighbor.

We consider the Merchant Federation to be a vital trading partner as well."
