Minas Tirith International Airport King Eldarion had made his way to the airport with his Royal Guardsmen in tow, and awaited the arrival of the coming Maddoman representative. He had been informed that Maddoman officials had contacted the palace detailing that Constantine Dvorak wasn't in good health and another would be sent in his place. Who would be sent in his place wasn't said, and this left him curious. He had researched who might come, but there was definitely more than one possibility. Nonetheless he was glad that his invitation had been accepted, and he knew that this might be his last opportunity for peace with the Maddomanian Empire and its Western alliance. He adjusted his tie and got a drink of water from one of his Guardsmen, wiping the visible sweat from his forehead. He was nervous, but maintained his serious composure. The Royal Guardsmen were dressed in their dress reds with the golden buttons dotting up and down their jackets. Their uniforms were pressed and worn to perfection, with each officer always keeping his uniform in tip-top shape, or else. In their right arms they held their ceremonial carbines, which were rather outdated bolt-action rifles that belonged in another era. Each man stood at attention, and looked with stony expressions to the runway, where the Maddoman jet was arriving. King Eldarion himself gave the command when he said, "Present Arms!" The Royal Guardsmen snapped to attention and held their rifles in an outward position, like crossing spears. They marched over to the door of the Maddoman jet and lined each side of the stair case, making a human column for the Maddoman official to walk through. Eldarion stood in full view at the end of the Guardsmen, and looked expectantly as a figure appeared at the top of the staircase. |

Guskov Igorevich had just arrived at the Airport, while sleeping, he was notified by one of the attendants. "Mr. Igorevich, we have arrived at the location." Notifying to him. "Ah." Waking up "It must have been a few hours, but I want to see what this nation is like, never been here all me life." he replies... As he gets up, two suited guards wearing dark shades carrying P90s come up to him. He looks at his watch while playing with the fur on his arm, while getting up, the men head outside of the jet waiting for his service. He exits the jet, waiting for him, several men dressed in red crossing outdated rifles, with them was King Eldarion. At the top of the staircase, Igorevich admires the sky and the airport around him, he then steps down the stair case, and his two guards walk with him, until stopping in-front of the men dressed in red. He then greets Eldarion. "Hello Mr. Eldarion, I was expecting to meet you, since Dvorak is in bad shape, I am taking his place" Guskov says... |

Eldarion was surprised at seeing this humanoid creature with fur, but it made no difference. Race, color, or creed made no difference to him. He looked Guskov up and down, then smiled. "I have never met a Lis before. It is quite a pleasure to see that the Maddomanian Empire takes pride in diversity. Please tell Mr. Dvorak that I hope for his speedy recovery and health. It is nice to meet you, Mr. Igorevich. I hope that our meeting can bring peace between Gondor and the west. I believe that you will find our intentions to be far less sinister than they have been made out to be. If you'll come this way, we'll take my motorcade into the city." They were led to a black limousine, which was quite sleek and modern. Once they had taken their seats in the vehicle, Eldarion reached into a mini fridge in the back seat and pulled out some whiskey and a shot glass. He poured his whiskey over the rocks and slowly sipped his beverage. "I hope you don't mind. I'm not an alcoholic at all, but I do find the burn of some good whiskey to clear my head for diplomacy. It's a nasty business, politics. And that's why I am not a politician, but a king. I owe no allegiance to any party and am not owned by big business. If you will look out the window, you will see the masterpiece that is Minas Tirith, the City of Kings. It looks quite out of place here in the East." Eldarion chuckled," But it is indeed our capitol, and one of the finest that you will ever see. The airport was a few miles outside of the city, and the city itself could be seen towering into the side of the mountains. It was a towering scene with several levels, and one couldn't help but marvel at the majesty of it all. As they approached the massive gates leading into the city, one could see the towers all over the battlements and the SAM systems perched atop the walls, ever guarding the city. Soldiers stood atop the walls, armed with M-4 carbines and watching as the motorcade came to the gate. The massive titanium-steel alloy gate slowly opened, allowing the motorcade through. Once they were in the city, one could see the high class status of the market district, where both princess and pauper came daily to buy the necessities and knick-knacks. Soldiers were on every Street corner, dutifully patrolling the streets and playing with children when they could. After the market district came the Banking District, where distinct western architecture could be seen, and almost every man and woman wore a suit, as they were businesspeople. They were rushing along, drinking coffee and talking on the phone, rushing to meetings and their office cuticles. At last came the palace, which was a fortress of its own. Its walls and towers were the largest and tallest in the city. Soldiers were everywhere on the grounds, and the red and white banners of the White Tree hung on the walls and embankments, alluding to the actual White Tree itself, which grew in the central courtyard of the palace grounds. Eldarion let himself and Guskov out, and the soldiers saluted as they entered the Great Hall, and started towards the Throne Room. ![]() |

Guskov admires the astonishing size of the fortress, nearly tripping while being distracted. After entering the great hall and into the throne room, he was surprised more than the outside, he has never seen a fortress this size in his life. After entering the throne room, the room was heavily guarded, infront of him was a large, comfortable looking chair with another chair and a coffee table set infront of the throne. Eldarion signals him to sit in the chair, the king sits along with him, and a guard comes up to Mr. Eldarion, asking him. "Would I like to give you some drinks your highness?" He asks He accepts and haves the man set up drinks for the two men, after receiving said drinks they respectfully thank him. While Guskov takes a sip out of his glass, he says to the king. "So I understand that the crisis in Japao is setting a large chance for a possible global conflict, I was invited here to discuss peace and to resolve this conflict once and for all" Guskov says... "After dealing with the Mortem Dextra back in the ME, this country seems to be very peaceful and your people look to be very happy here." He follows |

"I am glad you have come. Gondorians are happy. They have freedoms afforded to them that some democracies would envy. I don't meddle with the fundamental human rights of my people. That is up for the local and tribal leaders to decide." He sipped his coffee and pondered the magnitude of the situation before him. "Japao is a tinder box, indeed. I invited you here to make peace, my friend. I stated in my invitation that the first order of business was Japao itself. If we cannot make peace upon Japao, I fear where war would lead us. I have stated time and time again that I consider Japao to be a sovereign nation with a right to exist. I may disagree with them on many levels, but I don't wish for their destruction. People think that Gondor is some great evil in the East, but I tell you truly that we aren't. When I was finalizing the terms of the Gondorian -Khanate alliance, I gave Guyuk Khan some terms I wanted him to meet in order to deescalate the crisis. In the end, he agreed to pull back 2 of his 3 nuclear submarines from international waters, meet with the King of Japao, sign a document stating a border, and recognize them as a sovereign nation. I have made my best effort to lessen tensions and bring about a nonviolent solution to this conflict. What say you on this?" |

"I can agree on this solution, ever since the start of this crisis, the entire planet was worried of a catastrophic conflict, I myself is very concerned as well. I am very glad to invite me to your nation to talk peace much sooner, ever since terms you have gave Mr. Khan to do has been very successful so far and the conflict seems to be calming down. I deeply commend (Not condemn) your actions and I thank you for cooling the situation down." Guskov Explains "I know that your people are safe and very friendly here, and I very well want peace and the resolving of this crisis, and if Constantine ever took my current place right now, he would have accepted as well. I hope you and the Los Vatican can get along very well with us after this crisis." He follows while taking a sip of his drink... |

"I do hope that our nations can have positive relations when this crisis is behind us. Everything now truly hinges on the meeting between the Khan and Japao's King. If they can solve their differences, then all will be well. I thank you for recognizing my efforts, but I must say that it's just what any caring and patriotic leader out to do in times of trouble. The pen is often mightier than the sword." Eldarion said. "Our people are in fact safe and friendly, for now that is. Gondor stands ready for war if it must be fought, so do not take us for a nation that will so lightly lay down the freedoms and peace that our forefathers brought us. Gondor will fight to the last drop of blood if need be, though we are heavily outnumbered. I say this not to threaten you, but to warn you. Gondorians are fiercely patriotic and will defend their country like a lioness protecting her newborn cubs. Know this." "Now, onto the subject, if I may, of the alleged cyber-attacks on your country. What was it that led the Empire to believe that we or the Khanate had been involved at all ? I can assure you that we weren't the culprits, but I cannot speak for the Khanate as we do not share intelligence with them as of yet. Would you like to see our investigation documents detailing what we found? They are here." Eldarion is handed a folder by a servant and slides it over to Guskov...

"We think your government is behind all of this hacking, this is a very debatable investigation right now, maybe some teenagers from the Khanate or here found a backdoor to one of our websites and changed the design. I can assure you my friend, you may not be to blame for such attacks." Guskov explains "But these cyber attacks don't immediately mean war, since Gondor is too peaceful to do such threats against us. I am very happy that you want to discuss peace rather than going to war, we cannot risk millions or possibly billions of lives over the recognizing of Japao. Like you said earlier, a pen is mightier than the sword, I agree with your solutions and I certainly want this crisis over, this was a large chance of a global war that could have threatened lives." He follows after that... |

"It is good to know this. We conducted this investigation thoroughly, I assure you. We don't want millions to die, either. If we were threatening you, you would know it. We recognize Japao fully, Mr. Igorevich. May I ask, what title do you hold in the Maddomanian Empire?" "I want a peace settlement to be made, if there is one to be made. Is there anything that the Maddomanian Empire would like to see from Gondor that would further help avoiding a world war?" |

"I was the former leader of SFR Malson from 1998 to 2017, giving it to Mikhail Taniovich, after accepting the unification of the Empire, I was given the job as representative for the Maddoman Government while Mr. Taniovich was given the job for general in the Maddoman Armed Forces." "And I agree with your request, and the ME would like to propose an agreement to end the crisis in a peaceful manner." "I have a treaty right here." Guskov places a piece of paper on the table "I just want you to sign here"
