Teutonic Union

After finding her way into the new home of LoMECB the Tuetonic Union ambassador made her way round to each of the offices. Katia Bohlm was new to the diplomatic service, fresh out of University, she had been ear-marked as a raising star amongst the recent graduates and as such fast tracked for development. LoMECB was seen as an important but more sympathetic place for a up and coming 24 year old diplomat to forge a career, and now on her first day at the office she had some letters to deliver, she made her way to each of the other ambassador's offices in turn and let the letter on their desk.

Delivered Letter

To my new colleagues

May I first welcome you to our new home, I look forward to engaging with each of you and becoming firm comrades. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship here. I have already been tasked with presenting a proposal for us to consider supporting, and as such have been asked to invite you all to the meeting room as soon as possible to discuss the following.

To LoMECB

The Teutonic Union Space Agency (TUSA) have the desire to engage more of the international community with our projects. As such we would like to invite both co-operation with one of our upcoming projects. The ComChase project is to see us place an orbiter around a comet and then land a probe of some sort on the surface. We have already began the first stages of this project and feel with the aid of fellow LoMECB members and the international community the project will be more beneficial to the scientific community and more efficient.

We would therefore like to request that LoMECB nations jointly take part in this project. As it stands LoMECB is made up of 3 nations, if each were to contribute $500 million over the next ten years we could easily found every aspect of this ambitious project. This money will not only fund the development, operation and construction of the probe but also see various spin off technological advances that would of course be made available to nations contributing.

The project will also feature an educational programme which we hope will enthuse young people to learn more about science and engineering. Therefore bringing even more potential to our nations technology industries.

We thank you for your consideration.

Signed

Dr.Thomas Sten
Head of TUSA
