The Government System The goal of Avhali Avhali's goal it to unite the nations with a singular purpose. Peace, freedom and Prosperity. Similar rules and guidelines are set in place by the constitution for all governments to use. Any government seeking a permanent protection and greater national influence from Avhali, will be partially or fully regulated by the constitution. Presidents Role The president of Avhali can bring forth new laws and ideas 2 times in a year without the need of review of congress. (progress without congress act) Once the law is announced a 1 month "hang over period" will be in effect for all to review themselves. But will be done under high watch and scrutiny of the judicial supreme courts. The president can also vito laws that have gone threw congress. If the law is within the range of 80% ye or 80% nay. (also called "the 80% vito range." If any more than 80% is sided for, than it decreed unanimous.) But he can not use the vito when "progressing without congress". Presidential House, Located in New Yew House of Representatives House of representatives is an ever growing house. Representatives sets are increased to match a percentage of districts and population size. Currently their are 721 seats. All seats including the speaker, are vote on every 10 years. To be a member of the House of Representatives you must meet to following criteria.
House of Representatives The Senate The senate passes laws to the president to review and is acceptable by the president he can then have the people or house of representatives vote to enact it. Currently their are 250 seats in the senate. Total of 971 seats in congress. To be a member of the Senate you must meet to following criteria.

Political Party Structure WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP_WIP What is it? Avhali is considered a "Chaotic Freeform System". Meaning that it implements the multiparty system but with additional tweaks to make a specific connection to a persons politically mixed ideals and the support he/she receives. Parties are put into 3 spectrum's based on congress control and populace appeal. "Midolle" parties are for those who have small congress control and populist appeal. Improvada Parties have moderate to large congress control or moderate to large populace appeal. Improvados Patris parties are parties that have large to majority control in congress and populists. How it works in The House of Represenitives. There are 3 political parties a politician can be apart of. But you must be excepted into these parties first and have known you current ideals and affiliations of other parties. Due to rivalries it is nearly impossible for anyone to have Democratic and republican, or pacifist and fascist support or membership. But not illegal or limited by any supreme court laws as a Avhali politician. State politicians may have different partial regulations or entirely new ones based on their nation. When a politician runs for an elected position, he will have listed a public criteria. They list their current support for parties and their other status('s) with their parties. " (1.) (party name here) (member or nonmember) (supporter, non supporter) (other status ie. In Agreement with, partial with, Disagreement with, Reformer, Progressive, Regressive, Conservative, Liberal,) (2.) (party name here) (member or nonmember) (supporter, non supporter) (other status) (3.) (party name here) (member or nonmember) (supporter, non supporter) (other status) Contra's: (name(s) of parties they are actively against) (can list up to 4 they are strongly against, unless they are against "all other parties") " What are Umbrella parties? Umbrella parties are parties that are the most dominant, and have a link of supporter parties. More often these supporter parties are in lower tiers, but can be of the same tier. In congress you can survive without making frenimies. If both parties agree to make an agreement normally being an exchange in politicians increasing ideal diversity, and cooperation. However, money is not allowed in these exchanges nor are they allowed to help elect, elected officials. These exchanges usually entail the following. (1.) A trade of key politician's and their supporters. (2.) Political information. (3.) Agreeing to help pass laws, policies, or bills. (4.) Common goal to coerce against a party(s). (5.) Common goal to increase government control and populist appeal. (6.) Share interest's of other the other party(s). (7.) Merging Parties. These can be term limited or long lasting until one side decides it's not worth or no longer necessary to have. These are especially helpful for parties that have minimal help. For example. As always in Avhali, Ferdoma (republican party), and Noble Side (democrat party), are often butting heads. But Ferdoma is the most favored and is a stronger party currently. So as a way to stay competitive Noble Side has searched for additional help to fight against a the dominant Ferdoma party. Noble Side became an umbrella party in 1998, going to the Equal Rights party (socialist), working together to more so to push Noble Side agenda, but also give Equal Rights an appealing look. The largest umbrella party is the Linnish Fundamentalist. They umbrella almost all parties. Exempting, One Choice, Vice killed by Sickle, Against All, and Government knows best. Because of Linnish Fundamentalist being so dominant just about every politician is a member of the party. Merging parties. Parties that are merging must are subject to the following regulations. (1.) No more than 3 parties can merge. (2.) They must cooperatively choose 3 ideals to be of their most important objectives. As well as a name for their new party. (3.) The party merge must be long lasting, surpassing 30 years of future ideal agreement. Unless disbanded. Or has less than 60 party member and 5000 populist supporters. (4.) At 31 years the new party can be merged with other parties. Minority parties? There are an actual amount of [[[number of parties here]]] parties in Audaxia. Such as, the democratic party has more than just it's one party representing it. An unlimited amount of parties can claim to represent democracy. But just like Noble Side, needing to gain additional support to get appeal and congress control, these lesser known parties must do the same. So it is almost a given for a Democratic party to "umbrella it's self" and gain additional support with a greater democratic representative like Noble Side. Once a particular party has enough recognition in their specific representation, and overpowers the current representative party. (ie. communist, socialist) They can then reorganize ideological importance to match the majority of their new supporters. The list of "other representative parties", are parties accepted and supported by the largest umbrella party, and receive recognition within congress. However, a party that has been established through the government, is going to be recognised by the government as a legal and official party.
 Power Play Endorsements Republica Representas Group (RRG)- The Republic Representas Group made to uphold the promises of the Republic. It's core values are "Sovereign people above the nation" and "Sovereign nation above government" Kalgeean Cooperation Share (KCS)- Kalgeeans (Dwarves) are a racial group making up 15% of the population. They focus mostly on proper representation in the government and trades that would often include them sharing their culture. Humane Society - They represent the human population (nearly 58%) as a whole. This organization wants to push for human rights and human first policies. PQ Guild - Recently established in 2011, the PQ Guild is a mixed racial guild. The Pakans and the Qual' Ulgites (Dryads and Lunarelves. About 17% of the population) cooperation helped form this group. They push for better representation and share of culture. They believe that they are not properly addressed and accepted in "the norm of society". Refuge Front - A small group, self proclaiming they speak out for refugees.
