Audaxia Map Decree

A Decree designed to promote actual regional activity and maintaining the region's map properly and efficiently.

ARTICLE 1 - THE MAP

     1.1. - The Audaxian Regional Map shall be managed by the appointed Regional Cartographer and maintains the right to enact regulations upon the map with the supervision of the Audaxian Key Keeper.

     1.2. - The Audaxian Regional Cartographer must follow the guidance of the Key Keeper or Roleplay Concilium regarding applications being accepted or denied unless:

          1.2.1. - the Key Keeper CTE;

          1.2.2. - the Roleplay Concilium overrides the acceptance or denial given by the Key Keeper;

     1.3. - The Regional Cartographer must file a report to the Key Keeper every weekend including:

          1.3.1. - Nations that were added to the map;

          1.3.2. - Nations that were removed from the map;

          1.3.3. - Nations that CTE'd, left the region, or requested to be moved on the map;

          1.4. - Reports must be posted on both the Regional Message Board and Regional Forums in the Founder's Office.

ARTICLE II - AUDAXIA MAP REQUIREMENTS

     2.1. - Nations wishing to be placed on the map must have completed one of the following tasks to be eligible to be accepted onto the map which are;

          1.2.1. - Have a valid Factbook for your nation in either NationStates, NSWiki, or on the Regional Forum;

          1.2.2. - Have five RMB (Regional Message Board) posts;

          1.2.3. - Have five Posts on the Regional Forum;

ARTICLE III - AUDAXIA MAP RULES

     3.1. - Nations may not remain on the map if they've been inactive for a period of two weeks unless:

          3.1.1. - they informed the Key Keeper, Co-Keeper, Regional Cartographer, Delegate, or Premier a valid reason for their extended inactivity;

     3.2. - Nations shall be removed from the map if;

          3.1.1. - commit a serious crime within Audaxia which removes them from the map, regional forum, or the region itself;

          3.1.2. - their nation CTEs, gets DEAT'd (deleted by the NationStates Moderators), or moves to another region;

     3.2. - Nations may have up to two puppets unless:

          3.2.1. - the Key Keeper, Co-Keeper, and Regional Cartographer states otherwise;

          3.2.2. - any denial or acceptance given regarding puppets may be overridden by a vote from the Roleplay Concilium;

     3.3. - Nations that are on the map for over six months will have their map spot reserved for them if they CTE Meaning, if the nation CTE, no new nation may claim that given spot after the original nation CTE for two months. Once the two months has passed, the reservation shall be removed and new nations may claim the spot once more.
