Each year the League of Monarchs is scheduled to host a festival designed to allow our people to experience the cultures of the world and also bring ourselves closer together through understanding. With this in mind I would like to invite the world's leaders, whether they are a monarchy or not, to come to Lancaster and meet with myself, Emperor Hans of the Teutonic Union, and hopefully representatives of Vinitsia to help in these aims. I would also, aside from the social aspect of the event, wish to discuss the following matters with nations who are interested. 1) Forming relations with non-member nations at the LoM 2) An international science project proposal. In addition there will be a cultural festival with events each evening as well as an oppurtunity to socialise. This is also an ideal oppurtunity for any interested parties to seek admission into the League^[1] It is my hope to see you soon in Lancaster Queen Alison II ^[1] There are two levels of membership, Full is only open to monarchies, Associate membership is open to any government type
