TROPICAL DEPRESSION SPOTTED NORTHEAST OF MALSONIA STRENGTHENS TO TROPICAL STORM.png) Current satellite photo of the Tropical Storm Alpha The Maddoman Weather Service has discovered a tropical depression far north of Morheim, mere minutes later, the depression strengthened into a Tropical Storm. Since 1987, the waters surrounding the Altic Union and Morheim were steadily raising up with a growth from 16C in 1987 to 35C in 2018. Most scientists believe that the major cause of the sudden heating is global warming, with Tropical Storm Alpha being the first cyclonic storm appearing in northern waters. Meteorologists at the MWS are unsure of the storm's possible strength and path, and are deciding whether or not it will linger or hit landfall... |

CYCLONE TANI BECOMES CATEGORY 4 Current satellite photo of Cyclone Tani Cyclone Tani. Only 8 hours old, has rapidly grown to a 149 Mph storm and is now starting to move faster towards the Maddoman Empire. The Maddoman Weather Service has advised citizens of Mordvina and it's metro areas to stay clear of Tani, meteorologist Boris Jacklynovich stated "Cyclone Tani is one of the strongest storms I monitored that formed in a far northern area, this is an incredibly rare event, my likely guess is the act of global warming. As it seems mother nature is firing back at us for what we have done, we are closely monitoring the storm and is rapidly growing as I speak..." |

TANI REACHES CATEGORY 5, APPROACHING MORDVINA The Maddoman Weather Service has predicted that Cyclone Tani has a possible direct hit with Mordvina and Borisca 60 miles south of the Malsonian Capital. Mandatory evacuation has been announced for the two close areas, with mass panic proceeding shortly after the announcement, Mikhail Taniovich, a general of the Maddoman Armed Forces announced in Mordvina today. "I understand the hysteria over this storm, I know that this is an extremely rare event. But I am fully advising everyone in the Mordvina and Borisca area with a motor vehicle and plenty of gas and food to immediately evacuate, if you are caught in the approach of the storm and have no access to a vehicle, I reccomend camping out in a skyscraper, in a room where there are no windows to prevent injury from possible broken glass. I also think Tani could potentially skim areas like the Altic Union and Vlaskovic as well..."
