To whom it may concern,


The North Pacific wishes to sincerely congratulate Lazarus on their successful liberation. We are very happy to see the region in legal, lawful hands again. With that in mind, The North Pacific's Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to request the re-opening of the Lazarus-TNP embassies. As can be seen, the in-game embassies have been restored between the respective regions, and TNP would love to reestablish our forum-based embassy as well. Again, we congratulate you on a well deserved victory and look forward to the official reestablishment of relations between Lazarus and TNP.
