Criminal Complaints
If you have any criminal complaints to submit to the court, please submit the complaint using the form below, stating clearly and with evidence the criminal charge being brought. Please carefully read the Edict of Lazarene Law and Order before submitting a complaint to ensure you are filing all the right charges. Details are important to the court, and play a major role in consideration for all officials involved. In certain cases, such as Section II - 2.6 of the Edict of Lazarene Law and Order regarding subversive activity, approval from the Circle of Necromancers will be required before the court can take up the charge. If that is the case, simply continue to fill out the complaint form, and the Circle of Necromancers will be notified, through the Necromancer of Arbitration, of the criminal complaint. Remember, the law is meant to maintain order, not to be manipulated and exploited. Do not try it in this court.

Code:

[B]Complainant/s -[/B]

[B]Accused –[/B]

[B]Offence/s –[/B]

[B]Summary of Events –[/B]
[HR][B]Preliminary Evidence -[/B]

Should the complaint be determined to have merit by the Necromancer of Arbitration, a separate thread will be created in order to deliver proper justice to the accused. According to Section 6 of the Constitution, Rights and Justice, citizens have the right to a fair trial; residents have freedom of speech so long as they do not violate standing Lazarus law, and foreign entities exploiting Lazarus’ freedoms for the sake of undermining the will of the undead will not be tolerated. Do not enter the courtroom with a false impression of your standing.
